Marik summoned and began juggling balls of blackfire

OOC: Oh, snap, this is back!   Have to remember who my character is again since he's kinda plot-important now.   Also, someone go find dudebot and Disky and physically drag them back here, we need a reunion of everyone.

The balls of blackfire suddenly veered off-course, disappearing into one of InAki's black holes as the Chosen One walked into the conference room.  Waves of sand and water swirled around the light-sucking orb, held in check by the graity of the black hole itself.

"Now, now, none of that," InAki said chidingly.  "If Kazuki is too busy to walk here, I'll fetch him myself."  InAki vanishes momentarily, reappearing right next to Rakoua.  I'm surprised neither of you thought of that yourseles, though it has been a rather tumultious period since Mr. Hikari's death.

"Sup" Marik said with a nod. While Ali/InAki was a bit of an arse, his power earned him Marik's  respect.

 "Why is he here again?" M'raize asked to the entire room in general, gesturing towards InAki. I never liked him.

 Noah walked into the room slightly behind M'raize, being his usual self. He still wasn't over what had gone down with Kaze. And he hadn't had a chance to talk to Kali ever since...

OOC: Is there anything really important that I should know since I've been gone for so long? =P

OOC: Kali got stabbed. We got betrayed. I think that's about it. We had one massive weekend of posting a few months after our weekend of posting, but that's about it. =P

Kazuki blinked, and scratched his head, as he examined his hand, making sure he hadn't accidentally found some way to make himself invisible. He then cleared his throat, as Kai slapped his palm to his face, and Sakeo and Kali walked into the room, along with maybe Shiro and Skye, if they made their way there.
"Right. Down to business. First off, we've gotten rumours of a Chaos Hunter base in a nearby city. We aren't up to full strength still, but taking down one base just might help us. Bonus, if there's a Chaos Guardian there." Kazuki said, getting to the mission first. However, he paused for a moment.
"However... We'll also need to work on recruiting more potential Ki manipulators. Since the Chaos Hunters took over Terakou, they've been intent on finishing us off, and they've spread even more propaganda against us; telling people to kill Chosen Ones on sight. Though, since they don't have pictures of anyone but me, who's still alive... The only way for them to do anything against us, is to ask us who we are, or catch us in the act of fighting Chaos Hunters, which has been recently prohibited. So... My idea, is to change our organization's name. I propose that we shall be known as the 'Ki Strikers'. To strike a blow for freedom against the oppressing Chaos Hunters. That should help our reputation a little, and if we can find Ki Manipulators... That might help in our fight to retake Terakou." Kazuki explained with a nod, hoping they accepted the idea.

OOC: Disky might be busy with things, and I haven't seen Dudebot in ages; otherwise that'd be awesome. =/

OOC: Don't forget all the Chaos Codes we got.  Which, incidentally, is kind of important if we face another Chaos Guardian.   We have four, by the way. :wink:

InAki merely ignored all of the dislike directed his way; he knew that his true self had been awful to the others, and that they were naturally distrusting of Inner Ki beings.  The combination would, naturally, be doubly distasteful to them.  It mattered little; so long as it did not interfere in the fight against the Chaos Hunters, InAki was prepared to tolerate any amount of hatred.

"Two questions: one, how are we going to deal with defense?  Moving constantly will help, but we need to ration our strength.  Exactly how many Chose--sorry, Ki Manipulators will you be sending on this mission, and how many will we keep here as backup?  And two: exactly which Chaos Guardian are we expecting here?  Given that we, unfortunately, no longer have access to Ki Data Drain, we will have to find some other way of combatting the enemy, which in our case will likely involve clever elemental match-ups.  Actually, that gives me a third question: how exactly are we going to obtain the remaining Chaos Codes?  Do we even have a plan for what we do with the Chaos Guardians once we've disabled them?"

OOC: Remember, no one on this side knows that Aki has Ki Data Drain, not even InAki.

"You unfortunately missed that fight, from what I heard." Kazuki said with a slight frown to M'Raize, before he responded to Aki.
"We do not have any information on the next Chaos Guardian. I'm not sure who to expect, though you raise very good questions. How did you manage to defeat the Guardian of Gravity, anyway?" Kazuki asked, honestly curious about that, as it might grant some info.

OOC: Neo stabbed her, after Terakou was invaded. =P

"Harkan's dead.  Killed right after Aki took over and teleported me back to Terakou, or so I'm told.  We now have the Chaos Codes of Sand, Water, and Iron."

OOC: Gravity, too, if anyone decides to check the mainframe--Aki had to channel it into the digital ki mass in order to make the multi-absorption thing work properly.

IC: "From what the others told me, they stabbed him rather anticlimactically right after I vanished."

"Ah. Hmm, that is odd, then..." Kazuki said with a slight frown, and looked off into the distance, as he thought he detected a slight amount of motion near the door, but apparently it was a trick of his eyes, as nothing happened afterward.
"Either way; we have no way of really defeating this being... However..." Kazuki paused, and looked at M'Raize.
"You defeated a Chaos Guardian with your bare hands. Think you can do it again?"

 "Well..." M'raize hesitated. "It was more of a standoff. I'm not sure. And it took you healing me personally for me to be able to even walk decently afterwords. I think I could stand against a Guardian of Sand or a physical force again, but to answer your question, no, I don't think I could repeat that against any of the other guardians. InAki mentioned something about element match ups... I think that's our best bet."

"I'll be useful in that regard.  Ever since Terakou fell I've had a few different elements at my disposal.  This may be an ideal chance to exercise them."

Kazuki frowned slightly, but nodded.
"Fair enough. Though, we'll have to hope it's not something that can't be countered in some way. Or that we figure out some way to work this out." Kazuki said, sighing slightly.
"I want in on this mission." Kali said with a wince, as she walked forward, and Kazuki frowned further, not liking the idea, but paused.
"... Only if you take things slow. That wound was serious, and you don't want that reopening, that's for certain..." Kazuki said, and Kali nodded, definitely understanding that.
