Powers: Particle Acceleration: this allow him to break down matter with his attacks but this puts an immense amount of strain when used to much like Rock lee’s 8 inter gates (naruto).

Weapons: Katana, also very good at hand to hand
Ki Summon Weapons: ummm...... Particle Acceleration works with his katana or any of his attacks
Bio: ummm...... lived in Japan, Russia, and France. He does not believe that has a home. Can speak almost any language fluently
