It's called 'FEAR'... Basically, attaching a Focus Sash onto a level 1 Rattata that's using Endeavor allows you to own the Pokemon you're facing in return... The Rattata's taken to one HP, then the Opponent's taken down to that because of Endeavor, and then the Rattata uses Quick Attack to own the opponent in return. =P
