Yeah I pretty much have my profile restricted to friends, and some things restricted to friends of friends. But I check my privacy settings regularily because with all the little updates that facebook does I never know when they're gonna change stuff. That being said, when Timeline was introduced facebook gave users 7 days to change and clean up their stuff, which can include making sure privacy settings are up to date.
