==General Carter==
Carter finished busting in the door just as two of the commandos reached the top of the stairs.  "Everyone freeze!  Men, suppressive fire!"

Carter and the two commandos immediately open fire, so that anything that tried to move was suddenly riddled with bullets.

The woman held daniel in front of her, knife to his neck.

OOC: bryan and the woman are redshirts. Useful alive, but easily killed off if so desired by anyone here.

Daniel whispered the words "Help me" in Carter's direction. He severely needed it.

==General Carter==
One of the commandos looks to Carter, and Carter nods back.  "Kid, you don't have that funky condition where your heart's on the wrong side of your body, right?"

OOC: Need a very precise description of the woman's arm, how it's positioned relative to Daniel's body, which arm she's using, how tightly she's holding him, how experienced with this sort of action, and the position of her vital organs (brain, heart, stomach, and symbiote) relative to Daniel's body and vital organs.

OOC: all vital organs in place properly. Symboyants go in cavity between the lungs, clamped onto the spine, but carter wouldn't know that. Right hand holding the knife to his his throat. She's holding him pretty much exactly in front of her.

OOC: Yeah, but if she's inexperienced she'll be holding the arm above Daniel's shoulder.

==General Carter==
At Daniel's slight nod, the trooper on Carter's left shoots Daniel's and the woman's left leg, the trooper to the right shoots Daniel's and the woman's right, and Carter himself shoots her arm midway between wrist and elbow, blasting clear through the bone.

OOC:  On the plus side: Woman=out of commission.   On the downside, so is Daniel.
Also, gone to Disneyland for the rest of the night, Carter will floow Daniel's orders first, ask questions later.  The only thing he'd really balk at in his "combat mindset" is outright murder versus capture and interrogation.  There's six men left in the team guarding various exits to the building, and two more in the cars.

Remember that body armour or something that Tyler gave Daniel? Pretty sure that didn't stop being a thing or anything.

IC:

"Augh... Carter, take me to safer place, put Bryan in a mental institute and..." Daniel said, struggling to get up.

OOC: body armor won't stop a bullet through the leg or something, mainly just torso bulletproofing. the "full body armor" is just to stop you from getting beat up too badly in hand to hand combat. also, not sure standing is a good idea right now.

IC: the woman drooped the knife with a bloodcurdling scream as carter shot her.

==General Carter==
General Carter has his men keep their weapons trained on the woman.  "Stanton, Aduro, upstairs, now," he barks over his push-to-talk.  As soon as the commandos arrive, he has Stanton drag Daniel away from the woman and begin first aid, while Aduro covers the woman with her gun.  Carter and the other two commandos begin to clear the apartment.  The two commandos find Bryan at the exact moment Carter sees the symbiote on the counter.  "What the ****--"

"You there, on the ground!  Hands behind your head!"

Holding his gun up to the symbiote, he yells, "All right, I want some answers.  Now."

the woman just hisses at you, a deranged look in her eyes. The creature on the counter has not moved, and looks dead.

*about 10 minutes away from illia's house*
"so... where are we going anyways?"

Illia shrugged. "Anywhere's fine with me."

OOC: c'mon flipz/kz, come up with a reason for us to run into you.

IC:

"Ow. Hey, Carter. After this interrogation, where do you think we should go? Your superiors should probably know about this ordeal."

==General Carter==
"Agreed."  Carter gets on his phone, broadcasting orders to all the men.  "All right, boys, we need a full containment team in here.  Team 2, get up here and keep these...things...restrained until we can get the containment team flown over.  Team 1 is going to get us to London.

--Two hours later--
With Brian and his girlfriend safely under constant guard, and a containment team scheduled to arrive within 14 hours, General Carter and the main team squeezed into two of the SUVs and began driving to the airport.  "It's gonna be a while before we can get Lord Regulus' plane over here, and after what I just saw, I don't trust anyone but him.  We're going to hang out here until the containment arrives, in case we need to make a quick getaway.  And besides..." he added, "I think we need to watch that video again.  Lord Regulus was trying to warn us about Francisco, I think, and if it turns out one of those...things...is behind all the assasination attempts, we may be in bigger trouble than we realized.  Ideas, Daniel?"

OOC: Lord Regulus post coming momentarily.

At approximately that moment, the driver of the SUV would suddenly stop, seemingly for no reason to the people chatting in the back seat, as what appeared to be an egg beater tapped on the tinted glass. Of course, what the being that was outside actually was, would not be certain until the window was rolled down.
