A feature that auto-merges two posts when the same author posts a second time within a 15-minute timeframe? I know another site that uses it, and it's remarkably helpful. (Well, at least for the mods. ) |

That would be nice. I'll have to see if that's an option able to be just switched on; as I know BZP handles things that way, but, I'm just not certain if it's default here. I'll look though, and if it is, I'll turn it on. =)
/EDIT: Could've sworn I saw that as a feature on here. 0_o I'll have to suggest it to SMF For Free when I'm back on my normal computer...

Okay, so that unfortunately doesn't seem to be an option(Despite how useful it'd be, especially if it could be disabled for certain forums, so we don't have posts in the epics forum getting merged every two seconds); however... Is there anything else you guys would like to see, that would help things out? I'm willing to at least try to add these things, if it's possible.

Customizable swear filter. Why? Simple: why replace swearing with stars when you can replace it with silly phrases instead? XD (i.e. replace a specific swear with "I like ponies!" or something ) |

We actually have that; and could do so if we really wanted to. Would give a little flavour to some things. We'd have to talk it over, but I think it'd give some humour for the mods, if it was ever implemented, and anyone ever tried to trip the filter. =P
