Okay, uh, looks like there's a new update already happening! This is what happens when you leave me alone for even an hour, I go looking over things, and accidentally start adding stuff. ... Like badges. =P
So, yeah, we have badges, but it's still a work in progress for the moment.

Yeah, we added badges a week or so ago. I still have yet to figure it out entirely, too. =P Problem is, until I do, I can't add new badges. D= I'm hoping support has some explanations about how they work.

Absolutely. Even though you have only two posts, we cannot do for one what we will not do for all, and deleting an account also deletes the posts and topics that account made.
