I saw like one episode of Gai-Rei Zero. It's still on my incredibly long "to-watch" list.
Black Lagoon is awesome, yes. I loved all of it (except the Yakuza arc of the second season. That just dragged on forever and I didn't care about any of the characters).
I haven't seen any of the others you mentioned.
