Yeah; the only thing I can really change is the render distance, which I had already changed. And lava's really not bad at all, I had gone to lava level once, and then just smashed the rocks away, and it went away. It only crashed after I got back up and tried to make the base of a castle. Specifically after attempting to save it. =P
But yes, I plan on turning all the settings WAY down, if I ever get full Minecraft. Now, until I can amass a way of buying Minecraft, I'm curious; is the demo once per account? I'm guessing it would be, but I can't be certain. Playing the first five days over to practice would be kinda cool. =) I can understand why not, though, if it isn't possible.
