This is weird. On Win XP, I cannot access the internet for the most part. Chrome gives me the "this page couldn't be loaded" screen; IE crashes. Steam does work, though, so I'm posting this through the Steam Overlay.
I wonder what's going on?
EDIT: Got IE running; reinstalling Google Chrome. Did you know there's a badge for coming here running an old version of IE?
EDIT 2: Normalcy is restored.
