Congratulations, Microsoft! You managed to make Windows 10 somehow even worse! Adding in a "Hi, we've done this to your PC" doesn't make it acceptable. It only rubs it in. This is my computer, not yours. Now they've gone and made it so that you can't turn off Cortana (because too many people turned that off, apparently - depressingly hilarious in a way), and it's a very thinly-veiled 'We're collecting your data don't mind this'.
Not as if I had a choice, already being on Windows 8.1 and all. Stop digging your grave and stop telling users what they need to do with their computers, Microsoft.
