@Tommy: Everyone excluding admins/mods/g-mods are normal members, and its a rule that name changes can only be made every 3 months. And rep is awarded when admins feel that member deserves it, and so telling when certain 'prizes' are given out for rep amounts would make people do nice things for only the sake of getting rep.
And yes, the admins are shady about it, but that's alright, because I think they need to be to prevent some acts being done for rep instead of just doing it.
