UMMM Pancakes..My son made them for my b'day.. he calls them triple bacon pancakes.. pancakes stuffed with bacon with bacon bits throughout the batter plus cooked in bacon fat & butter. and with a side of bacon!!! Not healthy but it's only one day! And he did make a fresh fruit plate too. melons, berries and peaches.
