Same here on Stepmania(it's not a lego game). My right hand hurts like crazy if i don't know the song and if its tough, fast, or all of the above.
Stepmania is a game related to DDR(dance dance revolution) and ITG(In The Groove) where it's mainly the same thing, but just the controls are on the keyboard only(i guess). I can go for Heavy, Challenge, and Edit if they are there.
