Well, the graphics card is one of the only problems, aside from it's fail amount of HDD space; but pretty much, if I'm gonna upgrade one thing, it's a good idea to upgrade it all so it's not just upgraded for the purposes of one thing only. =P

I recommended to everyone here - if you don't have a first generation i or sandy bridge CPU, you really should get a new computer, best you can get, sometime before W8 goes mainstream, or you're just asking to have serious issues with everything.
