Yes, but it doesn't HAVE to take place on existing worlds.  In fact, for those who weren't really active in LU, it'd probably make more sense if your character explored their own locations.

In fact, other than the Pod pilots (who have logical reasons to be there), it probably makes sense for MOST characters to be in "custom" locations. Tongue

EDIT: Hey, Truth, you should get in on this!  (BTW, PM me the Kokuro chapters, too!)

You could try to; Back when I was doing archive duties for the Bionicle serials, I had to put like the entire run serial of each story into a post so that it worked right; and I had to drastically increase the character limit in the posts... So I doubt there'd be any real problems; you'd just have to send one at a time. =P
