After having to install TooManyItems for a particular adventure map (there was a spot where I accidentally trapped myself, with no way out but to break blocks, and I needed Creative for that, thus TMI), I'm no longer scared of installing mods, so I may try this with the Technic Pack once there is a stable Technic release for 1.3. Wink

I ruled out an SSD; I'm not a speed demon and what I've got is already fine for gaming. Plus, the price/GB of an SSD is WAY too high. You know why I purchased a 2TB HD? I want a lot of space, and I wouldn't even get 200 GB on an SSD of equivalent cost.

Also, no matter what graphics card you get, a sandy bridge i5 will be dated the second you get it.
IMHO, get i7, or get ivy bridge.

Really? According to my researches an i5 is fine for even current high-end games and will probably be at least decent a good ways into the future.
