On a different side, I've been unhappy with lag problems in Street Fighter X Mega Man, right? Well, I decided to try it on my laptop. Surprisingly, I got the exact same results. A little more lag in Ryu's boss fight, but that might just be my laptop not being up to speed with games that for some reason are laggy like this.

However, there was an awesome moment, in Blanka's stage. It has tons of water, which seems to double or triple the amount of input lag I get. Well, I get frustrated, and try to exit out, but since the input is lagging, the escape key doesn't work either, so I just wait it out, as the inputs catch up. Well, it turns out the inputs I made led to Mega Man dying. At that moment, it decides to quit the game, and I laughed at my unintentional intentional rage death quit. =P

Step 1: pop a portal at the top of a 32-block high tower.
Step 2: shoot a portal in the path of any mob.
Step 3: collect loot/avoid death
Step 4 (advanced): craft Long Fall Boots, if in danger pop portal beneath self, escape

You can't portal the sky, unless you mean doing it in the Nether. Tongue  (Well, you CAN reenact the ending of Portal 2, but that's hazardous thanks to the portal killing you if you go through; with the tower method, you can go through and, if you have long fall boots, survive.)

I was meaning if inside a cave. =P Like, how you mentioned clearing out hollow hills; jetpack down, shoot one portal at the ceiling, place a torch, jetpack up, proceed to fire many portals under the mobs going to kill you, and watch as they fall to their deaths. =P

Because usually the roofs of caves, even in the large hollow hills, isn't enough to kill or even seriously injure most mobs.  Also, sending them outside means they can't somehow hurt you as they fall (skeletons in particular are frighteningly good at midair revenge shots).
