/EDIT: Maybe Google should've waited to buy Motorola. Because right now Motorola's kinda conflicting with their 'do no evil' slogan...
They just got the Xbox banned. I'm no Xbox fan, far from it, but honestly, this can't have any good implications for the gaming industry.
On the bright side, we now know what Microsoft's E3 conference is going to be:
"We regret to inform you, but we cannot sell any Xbox consoles in the United States because Motorola went and sued us. ... Given that we have no info on anything else, that's, uh, about it. Hmm. Maybe we should've brought that Kinect with us after all..."
