While I can do many things, there are some things I can't do:

I Can:
Split a minifig from it's background
Make special effects like CRX used to do (but they might not be as good)
Make pictures fade in and out
Make spinning minifig heads, (I might have to make your minifig bald/hatless, though)
Use fancy fonts
Bevel minifigs (make them look a bit more 3D)
Put a glow on minifigs
Use special backgrounds
Animate
(and more)

I Can't:

Uhh, nothing, really.
