I don't think you should have to pay us employees unless you are getting more business. I sort of agree. I think we should still be paid, but the amount should be reduced (say, to 5 clicks a week). That way, it's not that much of a drain on Robbie's resources, and we still keep moving forward. I'm starting a new thread here to discuss ways to improve business, give me a couple of minutes... |
