I remember that, but I doubt LEGO is going to make LU crossed over with MLN, as a lot of people have not wanted that to happen.

I would think it's for rank 11. They will need to make new modules for videos (as well as a way to upload them)., and there's no point in doing all that if it's not for a new rank. That would also mean that you need to have made videos to gain ranks, just like gallery creations.

yeah it would a lot of people would not be able to make the videos or just take to long
