I can't connect to MLN, and my computer got a major virus from MLN Team or gamespot... not sure which one yet.
I am virus free and I am on Team as often as I am here... so I am guessing gamespot... how did you know about the virus?? she had a lot of pop up come up like over 20 and weird things started happening...they called a guy to come fix it and it was a windows file that was the problem so they sent it off and they will get it about 7 |

Yes, we recently purchased a new domain name, mlnteam.net I can't connect to MLN, and my computer got a major virus from MLN Team or gamespot... not sure which one yet.
We don't host viruses on MLN Team, nor do we support hacking. Of course if you have information that would assist us investigation - we would appreciate it. she called me and she said it was a windows file that got corrupted Yes there was a recent windows exploit. Windows sent out a security patch in the past few days. |

It's really tiny text. To read what it says, highlight the "dots" - then copy and paste it into Notepad (or whatever the equivalent is on your computer). As for why people use it... it's like whispering (kinda, sorta). |

This is due to something called domain name prorogation. Someone put the wrong IP address when updating the DNS (domain name servers). Generally speaking it can be a few days while this is being sorted. Anyhow I put a support request in via forummotion at: http://help.forumotion.com/connection-problems-f42/new-domain-not-working-t33055.htmAnd I have contacted the domain name registrar godaddy.com, and domainsbyproxy. As for the yoo7.com, it's simply a mistake by forumotion. It does to a 401, which is page not found. I'll keep you posted on this. |
