This is going to be an epicly amazing game.

Is there any way that the Rayquaza event could be unlocked via having the GBA Kyogre/Groudon duo, or one of the two from the GBA? Because while I can easily get Groudon via Soul Silver(Wonder why it's Soul Silver 'stead of HG? Ah well), I'd need to somehow find someone with HG to get the Kyogre. Also, Serebii updated saying that it's said on other forums that if you transfer the Arceus from the movie to HG/SS, it'll unlock an event that'll allow you to get either Giratina, Palkia, or Dialga at level one. Not sure about it though.

This new info sounds epic though. =D

It's obviously so you can get both a legendary Fire/Ground and a Water type. =P

I prefered Groudon(although I got emerald, so I got of those beasts), but his moveset is terrible(the one that he learns at least, excluding TMs and Move Tutors...).
I'll be getting SS as well, so it won't really matter. Do you think HGSS will have a Pal Park or will you have to import to DPPt then trade(that would be dumb... but oh well...)
And as a note of where these events could be: He already talked about a possible Orange League(or whatever it's called). Maybe after you beat the E4 you could have access to Kanto and Orange[/unlikelyness]

Hopefully if there's an Arceus event it'll be one you can get over wi-fi(which I'll hopefully have by the time SS arrives).

Well as the rumour says, it's apparently the movie Arceus, so unless then spontaneously decide to hold the Pokemon giveaways over Wi-Fi instead of at a TRU or something... =/

True. We could loan each other our Pokemon so we can get the Rayquaza, and then transfer our other respective Pokemon from our D/P/Pt games if we can. =P(My combo would be the only ones with trouble, since currently I only have one DS, and can't trade amongst my own games, minus the GBA ones, as I can pal park those in Diamond and Plat...)

Yeah, I did, but then I released the clones and never cloned them before migrating them to Diamond. =P I'm working my way through the GBA games again though...

I still say Arceus isn't great(I'd like to have him, but he's not the best IMO).
120 isn't a spectacular base stat, although 6 of them are nice, but still, with a team of six, I think it would be easy to counter it once you know the type or it(plus, when he's a different type he has no item to use).

and can you trick Arceus(like steal a fist plate and give him a iron ball etc, then hit him hard with a fighting move?)

Shaymin-S is a pokemon that I would like, however...

But with his base stats and move pool, he's beyond Uber. =P Plus the fact that you can change his type at will as long as you're not in battle...

ZLS: While he could have a situation like that, there's the fact that I'm almost positive that he can learn any element of move, so...

120 is good (I guess you could say great), but compared to other pokemon that have higher stats(like Blissey's 255HP, Deoxys-A Atk stat, Bastiodon's Def, Porygon-Z's SpAtk, etc) 120 isn't really all that high. However, having all 6 be that is obviously a better trade off. However, I still don't like him.

And Nintendo seems to be on a Legendary spree. It's actually quite frightining(sp?), but after the HGSS release I think Uber tier will recieve a lot more battling within it.

Yeah, legendaries are everywhere.
DPPt went overbored by a lot. I mean: Uxie, Mesprit, Azelf, Dialga, Palkia, Regigigas, Heatran, Giratina, Cresselia, Darkrai, Shaymin, Shaymin-S, Arceus, plus Rotom(if you count him)(and his five other forms), then the 3 birds... (I guess those were the 18 you were talking about...)

If in HGSS Lati@s are roaming, then if you still have the Marking map you could enjoy having a bunch of roamers again(if they let Cresselia into that game, as well as the dogs, Lati@s and the birds)... 9 roamers...

The dogs are a given to roam. Lati@s is a possibility, but I'm not sure about the birds. I'm fairly sure they won't put Cresselia into HGSS, though.

Oh, and I reset my Emerald version today, and I got a female Lax Mudkip. For some reason, I had to name it "Diskeh" after "Disky"  . Don't ask why.

right, Rotom isn't legendary(even though there's only one...) some people believe he is, while others don't.

...but no one liked the Pokedex method. roaming was way easier. I mean, by importing 4 Master Balls I caught Mesprit and the birds in 10 minutes... and which part of pokemon happens 3 years later?(is it Kanto and Hoenn which happen at the same time, Johto and Sinnoh that happen three years later?). I was thinking of the birds being in Kanto for an after E4 Kanto tour. And yeah, I don't know why I mentioned Cresselia... and if the Lati@s are divided I want... Latias(just cause I got her first).

Status Screen looks interesting... could have more info, but meh. .... Oh yes, Wi-fi's officially confirmed to be in, though everyone knew it'd be in since it seems like Wi-Fi was made for Pokemon games ^^
