I haven't really done much Pokathelon-wise, alhough I'm pretty good in Stamina.

I just beat the last gym leader.  Its going to be awhile before I beat the elite 4 tho, my team is pretty weak sauce.  Ive got
Feraligator lv 42
Ampheros lv 40
Pidgeot lv 39
Gyrados lv 38
and thats pretty much the only people ive been using lol.

How you got through all of those Gym Leaders with THOSE Pokemon, I may never know.

I'd reccomend picking up the mascot of your game for your team. Maybe replace Amphorous with Magneton and Gyarados...well, it sort of depends with Gyardos. How's he handling? On one hand, you've got overlapping types, on the other, Feraligatr and Gyarados, overlapping or not, is a rather potent mix if used correctly. If you decide to drop Gyarados, replace him with the Extremespeed Dratini. It's worth the training IMO.

As for your last slot, I'd say maybe an Ice-Type, to reinforce your strength against Lance.

Ho-oh and Extremespeed Dragonair/Dragonite will be my two final Pokemon. Then I'll pretty much dump them all (except Dragonite, and I'll use a few of my Pokemon to breed a more favorable version of themselves) and complete my competitive team.

For most of the game, my party was: Arceus (Useless since it wouldn't obey me. It spent most battles taking naps.), Quilava, Pikcahu-Colored Pichu, Spiky-Eared Pichu, Kenya (the Spearow that you use to deliver that mail), and the red Gyarados.

I intend on keeping feraligator and ampheros (ampheros at least for awhile) and I am starting to raise a dratini and my jirachi (I prolly wont use jirachi, cuz its lame)
so with that, I wont need an ice type, because my feraligator has an ice attack, and my soon-to-be dragonite will be its backup against lance.  I was thinking about a gengar.  So thats 4 people for the elite 4 that I can use.  I know I can beat the elite 4 with just that, assuming they are at decent levels (cuz that was my team in silver version) but ill probably catch lugia and keep raising my pidgeot for giggles.

Gym 6 just completed; one star(Likely from getting to the friendship room in Pokeathlon) on my trainer card already, ton of coins(I own at the Voltorb Flip. =P), I unlocked the Area Customizer in the Safari Zone(Which is great, BTW, and so is the Pokeathlon ^_^), and... around 120-130 seen, over 80 Pokemon caught.

Did I mention I'm not even past Mahogany yet?

@Blade-I'm 100% sure it supports WPA, since my DSi itself can get online. It's just that the game has to support it too.

At the moment I'm trying to take out the final (Johto) gym. My team is a bit wimpy, so I'm trading in some Heart Scales to get a few better moves from the move tutor (in Blackthorn, along with the Draco Meter/Starter Ultimate move tutor and Move Deleter).

I'm not sure if I'll be challenging the E4 today. It's looking a bit unlikely, since my team needs training....and I see my friend next on Saturday. *shudders* MUST. FINISH. COMPETITIVE. TEAM.

Although it won't be that hard. Aside from the standard competitive training, I'll already have Extremespeed Dragonite. I also already have a Feraligatr and Scizor, which'll make getting those two easier. The rest of my team remains classified.

1. Exactly. I went to the wi-fi menu, tried to connect to my network and the thing said "The Nintendo DS does not support this network". Which is stupid, because my DSi DOES support our network.

For some reason the Game card Wi-fi info and the DS Wi-fi info didn't match (Which is strange, since I only really use one DS anymore, although I don't think I've attacked Wi-fi with it yet...), so it had to be reset.
