Your Electivire has 24 IVs in Speed. Not too bad...

Adamant is WAY preferred, since Rampardos I think doesn't have the best defenses. Jolly works as well.

My Electivire is not yet lv 100... just in case you misunderstood...

Yeah, well, I won't be using it competitavely(it's very unlikely at least), so it shouldn't matter too much. How odes this moveset sound:

Rampardos- Naughty Nature
Wide Lens(the lens that ups accuracy)
-Head Smash
-Earthquake
-Zen Headbutt
-Stone Edge/Brick Break

The item is too help with Zen Headbutt, Headsmash and a possible Stone Edge...

My Leafeon has a Lax Nature(yay!). I'm currently removing all special EVs and replacing them with attack EVs, since Lax boosts its defence already.

I just finished training a Scyther on Diamond.

Ev trained for Attack(349).

Moveset:
Wing Attack
X-Scissor
Night Slash
Swords Dance

Now when I evolve it into a Scizor should I replace one of the moves with Iron Head?  If so which one?

Whoa, the pic with Gold and the two Pichus on the Serebii.net gallery is the clearest of them all I think =O And you can even see that Notched Ear Pichu has the notch... But why would they have the two sprites? =/

If your Scyther's ability is technician I would go with Bullet Punch instead of Iron Head. I think I'd trash Wing Attack for the steel move. Also, Roost may be a good move to teach before evolving, so that if you're using a Life Orb as your Scisor's item you could recover. If you're using a different item, then you don't need Roost. Also, if you're using a choice item you may consider Bullet Punch over Iron head for it's speed, and it's gain in power thanks to the choice item. However, if you're using the Choice item that ups speed, go with Iron Head...

My team now has 4 pkmn at lv 98...
