BIBAREL Here we go.
Type: NORMAL/WATER
Ability: Unaware - This ability ignores the opponent's status boosts.
Simple - When the Pokemon's stats are raised, the stat boosts are raised twice the amount.
Tier: NU/UU
Stats:

| Atck | 85 |
| Def | 60 |
| Sp. Atck | 55 |
| Sp. Def | 60 |
| Speed | 71 |
Author's Opinion: Heeeeey... Blade and Dudebot requested it, so I will poke fun at them.
Anyways, although its stats aren't that great aside from an average Attack Stat, it is still an annoying Pokemon, especially since it has Curse and Super Fang, and speaking of Super Fang, if your name is not Dusknoir or any Ghost Pokemon, be cautious when you switch. And Unaware and Simple are plain annoying abilities for the opponent. I, regrettably, have to resort to Smogon for this, since it is one of the Pokemon that I do not know well.
Omega Blademan: OOOOoooooOOOOOOoooooooOOOOOO.
.. THIS IS LIEK MAH FAVORITE POKEMON (Well, next to Gallade) AND I'M LIEKING IT =DDDDDDD.
Dudebot: GGGGGRRRRRAAAAAAAUUUUUUUGGGGG
GHH. DIS THING GETS ON MAH NERVES. ARRRRRGHHHH...
Omega Blademan: Hey, how come you get BOLD and I do not?!?! I want BOLDBOLDBOLD!!!111!!!
Dudebot: How come you got colerz and I doesntz!?!?
Writer: Stop it. You are detracting from my review.
Recommended Movesets:Omega Blademan: *Looks it up from Smogon and puts it down here*
Nature: Careful
Ability: Unaware
Item: Leftovers
EVs: 252 HP/160 Defense/96 Sp. Defense
~ Taunt
~ Super Fang
~ Waterfall
~ Yawn/Swagger/Thunder Wave
Omega Blademan: Okay children, this is the most annoying set int the history of Pokemon. You Taunt to prevent being set up on, and Super Fang makes walls bye bye, and Waterfall is just... there for STAB. Yawn shuts down many walls, Swagger plus Unaware makes a Ub3r combo, and Thunder Wave is to set up for ur slowr sweeperz.
Dudebot: GGGGGRRRRRAAAAAAAUUUUUUUGGGGG
GHH
Omega Blademan: Speaking of Super Fang, I am so lovin' that move

.
Countering Bibarel:Writer: NOW. It's my turn.
Switching in to Bibarel is a pain, due to Super Fang, but once you have your counter on the field, it is easy to make Bibarel flee.
Lanturn can hit with Thunderbolts, but beware Super Fang.
Any Grass Type move can wreck Bibarel. Just beware of Super Fang, again.
Ghost Types wall Bibarel with ease, so all it can do is status. Rotom-A can wreak havoc with STAB Thunderbolts, and so can Gengar.
Dusknoir can wall it very well since it could care less with Thunder Wave.
Dudebot: GGGGGRRRRRAAAAAAAUUUUUUUGGGGG
GHH
Omega Blademan: You know, I was a lot better off if I not knew the counters... >_>

News and Improvements Section:Hello, this is, uh, the news section.
August 7, 2009.
With his suggestion, I will add the Tier section to make things a lot helpful. It will be between the ability and stat sections. I will also link to previous reviews to make things a lot convenient in the section below. They will be listed alphabetically. Oh, and not to mention that this is also the first time I added the News Section

.
