You have to PM Rahkshi8000 to make a shop here And there is also a limit, so it may take a little while for it to actually be made, but if the max had been already been reached, you'd be put on a waiting list type of thing, and as soon as an opening comes up, your shop would be made =) Just, to make it so there isn't a ton of forums people have to scroll through =)
