Actually, in this case, it kinda does. And there were other ways to resolve the arguments than denying talk of the old teams, making it so that topic creators have to be leaders, and such. Just because it happens on the others doesn't mean it should happen there, because in this case, it's something external. All they should have control of is the topic, as people even mentioned in that other topic.
