Meanwhile, a young male was out of the balcony of his own apartment, watching the storm with fascination. He didn't exactly care about the wind, as he liked how it was blowing through his hair. He looked on his arm, at the device there. He pushed one of the touch-screen's selections, and put on the portable TV, and saw the normal news, but also saw another piece of info, the fact that the Peacemaker had been found. Interested, the boy closed the TV App, and opened up a comm-link to one of the people still in The Circle's buildings, intending to inquire about the discovery, when he thought he heard something, and closed the app as he got up, "Comm-link; Kaze Hikari to Circle Labs; Closed," being able to be heard over the noise of the winds as he did so and prepared to quickly open and close the doors to the inside of his apartment...
