This morning I hafd the PERFECT Huevos Rancheros, and a birthday brownie.
THis evening I am having MuShoo Pork, Lemon Chicken, Shrimp in lobster sauce, Hot & Sour soup and assorted appetizers.

Welcome to the twilight zone.. I grilled freshly caught Maine lobsters (a friend sent me overnight for a belated birthday gift) for a late lunch/ early dinner, and also had fresh green beans with balsamic vinaigrette!! And home made peach mango sorbet! The lobsters were still alive when they arrived, so we had lobster races before cooking!

That reminds me of the movie Julie and Julia. They had to cook lobster too. Did you steam them or cut them open? I had some lasagna for dinner last night, but I didn't really like it. |

You have to drop them in boiling water for a minute first.. then grilled with butter.

I love migas! Its the best thing to eat. I get the cook to make it especially for me at this one restaurant, because its only served on Sunday's, but he likes our family, so he makes it for me. I ask him to put loads of jalapeno's in it, because the spicier, the better.
