I voted no. Supersonic summed up my opinion. My shop is pretty much a desert right now. We almost never get orders. While some shops, like The Spectrum Shop, are doing fine, almost all Superstock Shops have almost no orders. The way i see it, your shop is a giant weed: It takes customers away from smaller shops and ptrvents them from growing. Don't get me wrong, the discounts are great, but you overdo them. Plus your service, despite the speed, is lackluster.

After I've put much help into Walter's shop, I've often compared his shop to other shops.  And considering that I'm soon going to have a full shop to myself quite soon (I hope to get it running, if I have time), I really have to look at the competition.  I believe that Rakoua's words have summed up my philosophy on this.  Everything is so discounted to the point where you've monopolized the entire system into your favor.  It's killing off the competition due to lack of customers (Walter said he could certainly use more), and it really draws attention away from other stores.  I don't mind discounts and bargains, and I plan to offer them, myself, in the future.  However, I'm not okay with your entire system monopolizing the MLN economy and making a big black hole of clicks all coming into you.  I don't think that's fair to the other shop owners.  Hence, I don't feel that your shop is worthy of this title. 

By the way, why bother with a poll?  It's useless, and it's getting in the way.  Just make the votes only in post form, and remove the poll.  There's less confusion that way, and there's no "doesn't count" stuff in the way.  That way, we know who's voted, and there's less unnecessary entanglement.

Which is why I think it should be a post-based vote, not on a polling system.  The poll is proving to be rather useless in this process, as half of the votes "don't count", and some are "reconsidering", but can't change their vote.  I think the poll should be ignored, and only posts should be recognized in the process, especially what the latest posts say. 

But that's where the monopoly comes in.  A lot of his wealth comes partly from buying out a lot of peoples' stores, and then taking the merchandise and selling it for obscenely low prices, so as to kill off what's left.  That's a big part of what we know as a monopoly.  Killing off the competition for a windfall of profit. 

Yeah, if he's made 50 orders in about a week, I consider this a monopoly.  That's roughly seven orders a day.  I consider it a tad hard to make it that quickly on a normal basis.

what prize? all i did was make my shop better than the rest, besides this has nothing to do with a trading award saying that i monopolize stuff isnt a good accuse to say no, its about the prices and quickness of how u get your items, the whole point of this poll is to improve your shop and you cant improve your shop by this critisicm, where im from we call this distructive critisism not constructive.

dude, I'm doing everything possible to get customers. If it weren't for your shop, I would probably be an MLNO Outstanding Trader by now. But I'm not complaining. I'm just saying I put a lot of time into my shop, and now your shop is killing my buisness.

And BTW, we're not the ones complaining. We're making a point and you're complaining because you're afriad that point will have a negative effect on you.

well maybe ive worked hard on my shop too? and im just reaping the rewards, the reason why u dont get customers is cause they dont like your prices, if you really want to compete than lower your prices.

so what, i get good clicks cause i sell items for a good price istead of 15 clicks for (TO AN ARCADE MODULE) for only 1 gem, i sell them for 3 clicks to a normal module.

I have yet to vote. I don't know whther to vote yes or no. Empire's shop has great deals and has helped many people through ranks, though it has driven other stores out of buisness. It's like what happens in real life with stores like Wal-MArt who run small buisness out of buisness. I have yet to vote as I am still undecided.
