If you made another Key Badge, the same things would happen as the first time you made it (except the last message might be different, if you did it before they fixed the message); it would not show the Badge Twice.
However there is no legit method of acquiring more than 1 extra Racing Trophy; So you can't make a Second Racers Badge.
So, if there's no way of getting more than one extra trophy, how do people get the badge in the first place? All you need is to get one trophy and to keep at it technically.
