I can't even remember what I did exactly. I just kept messing with it until I was satisfied. I added an effect that made it look like there were green webs in the background, tiles, swirl, etc. Paint.net can be an art of sorts, you decide what to do with it, use different combinations of tools, and come out with something amazing.
