These were deformed, ugly teeth inside my gums towards the front of my mouth. One even looked like a fang - the other like a pea. And while most teeth move down, these were moving UP... Then, since the 2 extra had blocked the "real" tooth from coming down, they got me ANOTHER surgery, attached a small chain to the "real" tooth, put the other end of the chain on a rubber band sort of mechanism, and attached the whole thing to my braces. The rubber band pulled on my tooth (which wasn't even visible) through the chain 24/7 until it came down over the period of a few months. You don't wanna know how hard it is to get stuck food out of a chain in your mouth...
