Both! Teams are mainly a group of people who wanna be MLN Friends and who help eachother out.
Because Team Mates are more important then normal members here (or at least I think), which means say if Person A was in your team and he needed some Red Apples and Person B was not in your team and he needed some Red Apples then you would give the Apples to Person A (or at least I think).
