usually there's a sticker on your computer somewhere. =P

and for ram go
start → programs → accessories → system tools → system information

then click the “system summary” then look at “total physical memory”. That'll say how much ram you have.

I'm stuck at the place on the ship with the orangish platforms but I can't get past them because the jump function isn't cooperating.
