This isn't my leaving topic, so no need to worry. If you happened to be worrying. Anyhow, I've just been thinking, the farewell topics don't really have a place to go. Putting them in 'Welcome to MLNO' is just... well, ironic, so putting them in MLNO General Discussion seems better, in my opinion. Please, whatever you do, don't make a sub-forum for them. That would be slightly depressing. But to keep things organized, where should we put them?

Feel free to disagree with me, or agree with me, for that matter, on where they should go, if they should go anywhere.
Does that make sense?
TBD
P.S Sorry, this should have been in suggestions. My bad.

I'm back. Probably not for long, as I've got school stuff to attend to, and I'll probably want to get a job at some point (hopefully self-employed). But nice to see you all again anyway.

I think there must be a sub forum for them. Like

>Welcome
>Farewell
>Vacations

Vacations is only for some days you leave.

I agree, we do not need a subforum for them. Often when there is a subforum, people abuse it to threaten leaving every time they do not get their way, and that is not the kind of community we are or want to be.
I think MLNOGD is a fine place to put them.. I agree it looks odd having them in the welcome area.

If the admins decide to come to a decision on this, then we'll need to make sure a topic is posted somewhere so people know where the topics should go.

I already posted a topic like this in the suggestion board a few weeks ago, but no one replied.

I totally agree TBD, its just too weird when your supposed to be welcoming someone and then right next to it is some one saying they are leaving, its just not cool.

I'm moving this to the Member Help Center, even tho it should have been there from the beginning, but I guess 90% of our members have no idea that we have a Member Help Center.
