ARC 1, CHAPTER 5/10, SUB-ARC: THE FIRST ENEMY 2/4: A GATEWAY OF SECRETS
"Well, she has a bad temper if we're going to do this within the time she gave us."
Zlaperx looked out. There were several waterfalls of acid, several ravines, many visorak littering the area and not to mention the field where bombs were dropped. But, in the middle of that was a gateway which intrigued Zlaperx, sparking his curiosity.
"There's... a gateway! A gateway! A GATEWAY! This is the most bestest day with the worstest grammer ever!"
And what did Zlaperx do? Run towards the gateway at supersonic speeds, ignoring the acid corroding away at his shoulder armour and the visorak chasing him, and behind that Invon struggling to keep up due to his poorly built legs.
"This gateway doesn't lead anywhere..."
Invon panted as he caught up, avoiding several Visorak.
"Of course it doesn't, all gateways need a power source, and I believe I ate it even though this is my first visit here."
"The writing says...

And therefore, you must know

And then, the letters changed and rearranged themselves. Invon read it this time.
"
You have come all this way
To see a stranger's home
On this incredibly special day
But you missed the special part
The stranger has been with you much longer than you could think of
For there is a secret you should know about the Rahk-Toa that hide everywhere
But you must find it yourself, never dying, never dying, lying at the cove
In this special day, everything shall return. It will be as it once was!That's weird. I saw no special things today."
Zlaperx turned to see a third Rahk-Toa behind them.
"Oh, hi. We were just reading a talking gateway that ate people."
Repluse was irritated due to this sentence of Zlaperx's.
"And I doubt you know who I am.... your own past is blinded from you!"
"Zlaperx, who is this fat guy? He looks like us, he also looks stupider." Invon asked.
"I dunno, he does seem stupid." Zlaperx replied while scratching his head towards Repulse.
"I am Repulse. I doubt you know me, but my servant is behind you, ready to capture and kill you for the final time!"
"Well, thanks for telling us that." Invon said.
"...Repulse? Something so familiar about that yet so distant... My past does seem to be blinded. Maybe I wasn't always on the Tren Krom Peninsula. Maybe... I WAS A BANANA THAT ATE PEOPLE NAMED REPULSE!"
"...oh, this is going to be a long day for me." Repulse sighed as the protodermic cage he had made surrounded Invon and Zlaperx, trapping them, although giving them some space to move about in.
