Excellent topic, lionytai.
I talked to 2Mak07 about this and some of the things we came up with were, Teaches you to stick with a goal even if it takes a long time.
Teaches you to break down big goals into smaller ones.
We learned how to communicate without the right words.
The importance of keeping your word. (trades, etc)
Sharing and helping feel good.
Thank you goes a long way.
It feels extra good to help someone who didn't ask.
Read instructions. Save them till the task is complete.
How to focus on things to find the details.

And many other things.

I personally learned that friends can surprise you with their awesomeness sometimes.
