Light nodded.
"What caused you to do this, however? I have my own reasons for what I did, but you certainly caught people by surprise... I noticed how that one guy tried to convince you to stay... And that you effectively blew him up as he tried to disable the bombs before you got startled; or; at least, that's what I got from the video feeds I watched. What actually happened might be slightly different." Light said with a shrug. However, he did consider one possibility.

OOC: ... Say... This was all just a trick, wasn't it?

Lloyd sliced through the droids that attempted to stop him, as he traveled down the halls; in an attempt to find the main power supply for the ship... And then destroy it.

OOC: I recommend someone moving the ship away from the base, of course. =P

Rose followed closely behind Lloyd, dealing with any droids that tried to sneak up on him.

Light pondered for a moment, as he reviewed text transcripts of things he had recorded on his helmet's visor.
"I believe your role was subtly shifting, just as mine is now. However, is this a permanent role shift currently?" Light inquired, as he was slightly curious about that as well.

OOC: Aka, she knew Kiriam would try to kill her, and made everything appear to be her failing at logic and defecting, when it wasn't true. Also explaining why the base isn't a giant crater right now. =P

There weren't many who stood a chance in front of Lloyd, however, as he simply sliced them in half quickly. Lloyd burst into one of the rooms, and saw the commander of the ship, and narrowed his eyes.
"Stand down now." Lloyd stated coldly, as he aimed his Beam pistol at him.

[The Truth]

"I hope to rule for a long time."
Kora's words sounded forced.

OOC: Kora really does think this is what she wants.

IC: The commander jumped into a hole in the floor. A minute later, a mecha quite a bit larger than Lloyd's or Rose's emerged from the hole. (Captain Forrist): "You want to fight? Bring it!"

Lloyd didn't respond, as he instead slashed out at the legs of the mech quickly.

"... Would you change anything that the Emperor did?" Light asked, musing what Kora was stating.

OOC: Would it be possible that Light knew about Chargas surviving as well, somehow?

OOC: Unlikely but possible.

IC: "I will not repeat his mistakes."

OOC: one big problem though: Kora doesn't know what Chargas's motivation was in the first place...

IC: Captain Forrist's mech jumped backwards and fired missiles.

OOC: Well, part of my backstory, is that Chargas is the only one who knows Light's true identity, so...

"But, were they mistakes?" Light mused, and frowned slightly.
"What about the Rebels, also? Would you change things so that they would not, well, rebel?" Light asked, honestly curious at these things. And given his ambiguous loyalty, this was more or less just a 'I'm curious' meeting, as it wasn't anything threatening.

OOC: Oh. =O So how many former Imperials do we have on our side now? Like 100? xD Also, you might wanna update Bartok's profile too... A couple pesky Rebels have survived so far. =P

Lloyd blew up the majority of the missiles; and then dashed forward, and attempted to slash through the mech's cockpit quickly, even as he jumped back.

IC: "Once I have crushed this bunch, I'll try to be a kinder ruler so that no others rebel."

"What if anyone theoretically, say, came back from the dead or so, to challenge your position?" Light asked, trying to make it sound as impossible as he could.

Lloyd then fired a few laser shots at him, even as he circled the mech quickly.

"I would eliminate them, I guess."

"Is all this death really what you want? You are a smart girl, I know that. You could do well for the world, maybe even help by being a leading scientist in a big project, or solve some problem like having a renewable energy source that didn't rely on the current source of energy... Or even help lead the world. But, is the way you're going about with this really worth the death?" Light asked, trying one last approach...

Lloyd didn't care. He grabbed his own saber from the back of his mech... Turns out, the one he'd been using was one he had looted from another mech. So, he now had two swords at his disposal, and his first move, was to slash out at the mech he was fighting's hand.

"The death will be temporary. Once I've wiped out the rebellion, I'll be free to focus on projects like those you mentioned."

The hand was sliced off. The mech went backwards and fired all it's lasers.

Lloyd dodged around the lasers quickly, and then dashed forward, as he attempted to slice forward at the mech's cockpit once more with one sword, and at the lasers and head of the mech with the other.

The mech exploded.
