That vein I just showed you actually had 5 diamonds in it! Enough for a diamond pick AND an enchantment table! :cheer:
So, I now have a problem. My first portal to the Nether I built too high up; I popped out on a tiny netherrack island many, many blocks above a HUGE lava ocean. I built another one at bedrock level, but it warped me to the same location; so, I ditched my items (except for a single stone pick) and broke the upper portal from the Nether-side, then jumped into the lava. I then re-entered the Nether using my lower portal. At first everything seemed great--until I discovered that I am now BELOW that huge lava sea. grrrrrr....
So, now I have to figure out how I'm going to build a tunnel out of the lava. I'd LIKE to brew a potion of fire resistance and use standard "underwater" building techniques, but guess where I have to go to be able to make a Brewing Stand?
So, any help? (Remember, water does NOT work in the Nether.)
