Lemme find a mod, there should be one that lets you modify individual sound files.  Once that's done, just put in a  file containing only a half-second of silence and overwrite the "block place" and "block break" sounds.  Wink

It's only for LAN.

It is not for your common Minecraft server that isn't LAN based. It even specifically says it:

Old news, I know, but... 1.3 will be out on August 5th!  (I think it's the 5th, I can't be bothered to check right now. Tongue )

Also, the BZP server is back up again, but we lost the world we'd been working on. :-/  New server's also a laggy pain that crashes every couple of hours.  But I have hope that we can still do cool things with this. Just not AS cool as before. Cheesy

Mak had issues last night with his lappy. Trying to get on through technicpack.net...
He kept getting an unable to authorize minecraft account message.
Anyone have any ideas??

You should probably abandon the BZP server.

The friends of the owner, and the owner himself, are quite unpleasant. And even when they cause server crashing stuff, they always get off lightly. It's not that pleasant of a server without the BZPers.
