There are two chat capabilities. One that the staff is currently, and the one that was recently added to the menu.
We have not had the full discussion on implementing use of that chat as yet. This topic will provide a place to do so. Thanks, Sully!!
One of my concerns is safety for all members, and I need to fully understand how this chat works before I am 100% in favor. One of the options might be to only have it available when an admin or other designated responsible party was available.
All ideas are welcome.

I'm with MsRR on this one. It looks like it'll need to only be accessible to normal members while a person who's capable of staffing the Chat is online. So it's up; but we haven't done anything with it yet. And since it's on the tab menu all the time, for some reason, you'll be able to click on it while it's inaccessible. Not quite sure why, though.
