2Mak07 logged in today for the first time in weeks, all excited to go to the Tower. He had previously bought and read the rank 3 book for his faction, but no gear, as he was light on tokens. He was so excited when he saw the faction store and the new weapons... and had just enough tokens to buy his first piece of rank 3 gear... but he has lost the rank 3 capability, and has to start over at rank 1 without the coins or tokens he spent on the rank 2 and 3 books...
They did not give him back the coins or tokens he spent on the rank 2 and 3 books either. I am wondering how to approach this with customer service...
