1. Before falling asleep in bed, I often contemplate how much time I spend on the internet. I figure out what is eating the most of my time, and I set limitations for myself.
3. Believe it or not, I do this almost every time I sit down at the computer. I spend a minute or so contemplating if what I am about to do is actually important. When I get a drink of water I also take a break and stare out the window.
4. I do this also.
5. I don't do this. Does Skype count? I only IM a couple friends, and it is usually just quick "Hi, can I have the link you promised? Thx, bye".  The one person I IM a lot and for long periods of time lives on the other side of the world... phone calls would be expensive. Any suggestions?
