Because I'm sure Dr. McFadden would be glad to help. Here, let me introduce you to her. Portia, this is Cadet Etain. She helped calm down the incident in Twelve-Forward."
"Well, the incident isn't the only thing that needs calming down. I just had a talk with Jen. I mean, Commander Williams. She's...unhappy, to say the least."
"Understandable, but unavoidable. I can't have crewmembers violating Starfleet code of conduct, not even my first officer."
"Talk to her, Captain. Please."
Flipz paused, uncomfortable. "Very well. Cadet Etain, I leave you in Dr. McFadden's capable hands. If there's anything you wish to know, just ask her." With that, Flipz left sickbay, shuffling along the corridor as if...ashamed.
"So, hon," Dr. McFadden said, "Anything I can help ya with?"
