Samantha nodded slightly in acknowldegement of the praise, noting that Eli had likely deliberately given himself away.  She awaited his next instruction, cocking her head slightly to let him know this.

"How about you back off?" Trey suggested, as he gripped one of his knives in his hand, and glared at the bullies.

 The first one pulled out both his own swords, while the second cracked his whip. "How about you drop your weapons and do what we tell you."
 Stutlus tried out what he thought was an intimidating pose. "We can take you."
 The first bully laughed, and whipped Stutlus across the face, drawing a long gash across the top of his left eye. He lifted his whip to flay him again....

OOC: I believe now would be a good time to intervene. =P

 Eli nodded approval. "Go into my tent, grab the weapons on the desk, and then come back here."

Trey growled, and stepped forward, as he tossed his knife forward at the bully's arm. Never expecting, of course, the extremely sharp barrier that was generated that turned the knife into a frisbee of doom.

OOC: Heh. Firefox on this doesn't recognize frisbee as a word. =P

 The bully stared at his upraised arm, then pulled the knife out, blood falling off. "That's it, you die." He lunged forward to tackle Trey. The second bully twirled his blade. "Let's see if you're any good." He slammed his blades at Stutlus, who quickly put up his own swords to parry.

OOC: Alright, take em' on! =D

Trey was about to jump back to dodge, but smirked, and merely stood still, and attempted to slam his elbow into the bully's face.
"Lesson one... Don't dodge." Trey said, with a smirk on his face.

OOC: He's taking that literally. xD

OOC: Go ahead an control your bully.

-==IC: Stutlus==-

 Stutlus prepared to defend, and saw his opponent's move a second before he attacked. Stutlus ducked under an double overhead swing, and kicked the bully in the stomach. "More like, lesson one, dodge." He said quickly.

[Flipz]

-==IC: Smantha==-
Samantha nodded, and silently grabbed the weapons.  A moment later, Eli heard a voice behind him, speaking quietly into his ear.  "And...?"

OOC: That's Samantha, just to clarify.

 Eli stood stock still. "Go to the yard, and learn how to use them."

OOC: I thought it was. =P

Eli heard nothing, but Samantha was gone.

A few minutes later, Samantha calmly approached the training yard.

Trey sighed, as the bully with the whip growled, and swung the whip at Trey quickly. Trey, however, blocked the blow... Just not with normal methods. A barrier had appeared in the shape of a shield around the arm with Trey's knife, which blocked the attack.
"Huh?"

OOC: It's more complex, but I need both weapons for it right now. =P

 The bully went in for a second attack, and Stutlus again knew exactly what was going to happen before it did. He blocked the attack, then retaliated with a hard swing at what seemed to be a flawed section on each weapon. He had no idea how he knew he just did. Both of the bully's blades snapped off an inch above the hilt. He stood agape at what had just happened.

OOC: Hey Flipz, don't kill them, but you're free to finish them off. =P

OOC: Will these guys become like Kai? =P

No IC, because I want someone to react to me summoning a barrier from nowhere. =P

OOC: What happened to Kai? =P And okay, I'll do something. Stutlus is a little shocked too, he just broke that guys swords. =P

 The bully who'd just had his swords broken backed up a step and stared. His friend seemed to be in just as much trouble. "What... What the **** is going on here?"
 The second bully also started backing away. Two new guys... and they fight like they're in their third year... "Well, we were just seeing how good you guys were, see ya later!" He said rather quickly, backing away even more.

OOC: Flipz, Flipz, Flipz, Flipz, YAY! =P

OOC: He was the food fighter/bully in the Prologue of DoaH. Hated Kaze and the others very much.

and now he fights alongside them. Figure that. =P

Trey had raised and eyebrow, but then smirked.
"What are you running away?" Trey asked, with a slight chuckle.

OOC: Nah, these two are just bullies. =P But who knows? If someone joins, maybe they could've been these two. =P

 The first one laughed. "We aren't, we're just... ummm.. uh.. " He looked to his friend. "We were just going to our class, right?" His friend nodded quickly in agreement.

-==IC: Stutlus==-

 Stutlus both his swords a small twirl like he'd seen the bully do eariler. "Yeah... Who said we're finished here?"

OOC: Alright, now we just need Flipz to put an arrow right next to em', and we're good. =P

OOC: Blasted server errors!  Let me try this again.

Samantha saw two bullies attacking Trey and Stutlus, and she saw the Strikers'...unusual skill.  Interesting...
As the bullies backed away, she smiled.  Perfect.  Give me a clear shot, why don't you-- Then she noticed the lit lanterns nearby.  A wrong throw would knock them down, and perhaps set the whole camp on fire.  She cursed mentally--she couldn't let them get away, but she couldn't risk hitting the lanters, either--and yet, somehow, she knew she could make the shot.  On impulse, she picked up a smooth stone from the ground.  When she looked up again, she almost gasped--she could see exactly the path the stone would take!  Not wasting any more time, she flicked her wrist and let loose with the stone.

The stone spun through the air, bounced from a fencepost, then the steel ring of a wooden barrel...and finally striking the two bullies in the head in succession, with more than enough force to knock them out.  The stone, to her surprise, bounced one final time, off a tree trunk, and landed right back where it started--in her still-outstretched hand.  The entire flight had taken seconds.  The bullies stood, frozen for a moment...and then slumped to the ground, unconscious.

Trey turned and looked at Sam with his mouth open in shock and awe.
"Nice throw." Trey said, unintentionally ignoring her question for that particular moment.

 "You'll notice they were backing away." Stutlus grinned, pretending to be thouroughly unimpressed, "And that that one's blades are broken."

"Was still pretty cool though." Trey said, acting the opposite of Stutlus; as he was thoroughly impressed. He just wasn't pretending that.
