Let's look at this another way. Even if we were to count 2010 as the tenth year, it wouldn't have it's 10th year anniversary until like December 2010, which would mean it'd be 2011's sets that would be the anniversary sets. Don't count 2000 in your theories, as they're like how the Phantoka and Glatorian got released in December of 2007 and 2008 respectively... Does that mean they're 2007 and 2008 sets?
And an anniversary is when there's been a certain amount of years elapsed. 2010 will be the ninth anniversary when it passes the date it was officially released. Not the tenth.
