I got a free subscription to Lego Mag. and a free child admission to Legoland (With paid adult admission. Not that I count for it. Anyway.)

I'll probably use the Mag. thing, since my Mag. subscription from BFair appears to not have come in at all yet. >_>

So, the Golden BIONICLE is tahu with golden armour and mask. The Hau updated, is sweet. IMO, the rahkshi and tahu are the best out of the BIONICLE Stars. The Rahkshi of heat Vision... *** yellow rakshi parts... =D

Vezok is uberfail though.

yeah, i saw em. if i get any, this is how I'll use em:

Tahu:                    Alternate Turaga Tahu Mata
Taka:                    Turaga Takanuva from The Kingdom
Gresh:                   Jungle Agori
Skrall:                    Rock Agori

the Heat vision Rashiki and vezok are a bit harder though...

Makuta needs smaller rahkshi hat can disguise themselves into Av-Matoran and uses them for shadow-leeching Av-matoran in an alternate universe, or in an alternate universe rahkshi are created smaller?

Vezok is hard, though....

Most likely not from the look at the shell. Even though, it;s an awesome piece anyway IMO.

For me, who missed out an the original tahu/Nuva, this new Tahu would fit in well with my lone Gali mata that just sits there. They just mess up on Skrall and Vezok, IMO.

Trying to decide which to get first.....

I have no Mata red, but Tahu has a lot of orange, and the sword, and the SWEET gold hau.... Taka has swords I already have, but the rest is WIN....... same with lil' rashiki... Gresh's swords are EPIC, and the helm is great too, but I already have the limbs... Skrall has some great pieces, but he's probably the only one I can rule out.... and ya can't really see vezok....

This stars set has got to be fairly big I would hope and not just here's a few bits and pieces out of a 5 bionicle set.

If we look at what's shown already we have.

We see a main mask (as sene on tahu)
3 identical pieces. Likely one for each arm armor and one for the chest armor (as seen on tahu)
The gold (not sure what it is) looks like sword hilt as seen on skrall but used on tahu.
The gold piece which was a hand part from set I don't recall I know you all do as shown with the rashiki. Where it will go is not shown yet. but I wager to be utilized as a shield.

So based on those pieces.

Missing parts..
head for mask to attach to
arm x 2
hands x 2
body x 1
leg x 2
and weapon x 1
feet x 2

This would leave the set open for 10 more bionicles, plus one for the head piece (likely no head piece I'd wager).

This would be pretty cool a set of 15 stars and the instructions on what head to use and additional parts from your sets to build the golden bionicle.

But this just what I see it's probably nothing as grand but we could hope.
More than likey based on this picture (not sure where it came from other than bzp).

Those 5 pieces they show are all the parts you need to make Tahu.

Gold arm armor
additional chest amror
weapon bottom guard
gold mask and
right hand shield.



Kind of disappointing IMHO for a golden bionicle.

Whoa...Stars are EPIC. Although the name "Stars" doesn't appeal to me much...

EPIC WIN:
Tahu (old-school Kanohi Hau, which I've wanted for years ^_^)
Takanuva (but I got the big one from '08...)
Rahkshi (Maybe. Haven't seen many pics yet)

UNDECIDED:
Piraka dude (hard to decide)

EPIC FAIL:
Gresh (probably worse than his Glatorian set)
Skrall (DEFINATELY worse than his Glatorian Set)

Tahu's a very good deal. Right there you get both Red and Gold Kanohi Hau. Like his original form had a Gold Hau that could be only gotten through a mask pack and a two-toned flame sword and his original colour scheme.. Nuva versions are defenitely not as exciting as his mata Versions.

Yeah...I thought the originals were the best Bios, even though I never owned one. I started with the Bohrok and Toa Nuva. I think this version of Tahu is the most EPIC of them all. Do I see new feet on him?

I'm just glad he looks better than the Mistika Tahu...and that they brought back the Nuva Shoulder Armor Piece. (part of his sword)

yeah.... to me, I'm looking at epicness, yes, but also at MOCing potential, because i do that a lot too. still can't even rule one out.....

P.S. i actually like mini-gresh a lot. not as much as big gresh, but the mask and blades in themselves are worth getting it.

and yes, there's a new foot piece.

And they're a combo of the Inika and Mata Feet. And yes, those silver gresh blades= win. They look incredible in silver.
